Quotes and estimates
Quotes and estimates we provide — including any figures shown by the payment estimator on our Financing page — are informational and not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on an on-site measurement, the materials you choose, site and soil conditions, permits, and other factors, and is confirmed only in a signed written agreement. Free estimates are exactly that: free, with no obligation to book.
Scheduling, permits, and site work
As part of our service we pull the required municipal fence permit and arrange Diggers Hotline (811) utility locates before we dig. Start dates and timelines depend on weather, permit and locate turnaround, and the time needed for concrete footings to cure, and may shift accordingly. You are responsible for confirming property lines and disclosing private utilities, irrigation, or other buried items we cannot locate.
Payment and financing
Payment terms are described in your written agreement. Any financing we mention is offered through independent third-party lenders; approval, rates, and terms are determined solely by the lender based on your application and creditworthiness. Nothing on this website is an offer or guarantee of credit.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with a written workmanship warranty as described in your project agreement, in addition to any manufacturer warranties that cover materials such as vinyl and aluminum. This website itself does not create any warranty; the terms of your written agreement control.
